For PRIVATE SALES, The process of selling a yacht requires that we send the BUYER'S contact details to the SELLER. The SELLER'S details are NEVER provided to any other party.

For BROKERAGE SALES we link directly to the brokerage website and act as a conduit only between the brokerage and the potential buyer.

As a PRIVATE SELLER your personal details ARE NOT displayed on the site, neither are they ever passed to third parties..

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• phone number
• email address
• We do not keep credit/debit card details. This is managed by World Pay Plc

You can request to see any information we have on you by emailing us.
If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

We do not use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.
