Complaints
If you have any complaints about this site or the service provided please use the feedback form. We will treat any complaint in full confidence and endeavour to reply to you within 5 working days. All complaints will be dealt with, initially, by the site owner

Refund Policy
This site operates on a "payment in advance of listing" policy. There are no circumstances we can foresee that would entitle the advertiser to a refund. Please ensure that the boat is 100% for sale before listing.


Advertising Policy
We will list you yacht, once payment has been accepted, until you notify us that it has been sold (or for a maximum of 3 months). If you are a private seller and we have an enquiry about your yacht, will be pass the potential buyers contact details to you. We will NOT provide your details to anyone. For private listing, all transfer of information is through us! (This protects you from SPAM and agents/brokerages trying to recruit your yacht)

Brokerage yachts will be given direct links and email addresses from the advert to the brokerage site. We do not act or represent the brokerage in any way what so ever. We provide a method of contact betweeon our visitors and your website. Our visitors click on the site links to visit the brokerage and view the yachts.

We will accept links to yachts hosted on a brokers site as long as it goes directly to the yacht for sale, and not just an entrance to the main site. We will also link to any other website where you have published your crafts details. We will accept only one link per site

Your personal details are NOT published on the site.

For SHOWCASE advert slots (top of each page for each make / model, we will only ever list one yacht)

For STANDARD adverts we may list up to a maximum of 5 yachts per make / model

You are entitled to one major listing change without charge. Any subsequent changes will be charged at 50% of the original listing cost.
